we recently stayed at best western for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. the employees were super friendly, which made us feel welcome right away. our king room was comfy, with an amazing bed! breakfast was a hit, especially the biscuits and gravy my husband loves. also, clean facilities like the pool and gym added to our stay.

So, I checked in and it went smooth, but then I found out I got double charged! The manager was totally unhelpful and kinda rude about it. Also, a used wash rag was hanging in the shower when I walked in, which was super gross. On the bright side, the snack bar was decent!

It was just a smart choice for a short layover in Mineola with very good value for money. The breakfast options were great and really hit the spot before hitting the road again. Make sure to check in early to secure your preferred room.
